This Church is being built “upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone.” (Ephesians 2:20) We Teach, Preach and Practice the Apostolic Doctrine of the New Testament church as recorded in the bible. (Acts 2:37-42)
We Believe In EXACTLY what the Apostles Taught:
Repentance, Baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, Being Filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance, (Acts 2:38-39) anointed worship, powerful old fashioned prayer, supernatural healings, miracles, signs and wonders. These things did not come to an end when the apostles died. These things are still available today to the True People of God.

You may be wondering what the word “Apostolic” means. “Apostolic” literally means “like the apostles.” At Change of Life Pentecostal Tabernacle, we pattern our church after the early church as recorded in the bible in the book of Acts. One can find no better example of how a Church should be, than to look at the Church established by Jesus Christ and Carried On by his apostles.
I Am…
At Change of Life Pentecostal Tabernacle, we do not believe in, nor take part in the
Stereo Typical Stigmatisms associated with Denominational and Large Organizational BUSINESSES that many people have labeled “ THE CHURCH “ . We are NOT an organization; WE ARE AN ORGANISM in the body of CHRIST.
The Bible tells us that “ For while one sayeth, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? (1 Co 3:3-4) the Bible tells us in the 3rd verse that they walk as men and NOT AS GOD.
The Bible tells us also that we are to walk as Jesus walked (1 JN 2:6) (1 Pet 2:21)
I am Apostolic
because…. I Follow the Doctrine of the Apostles … STEDFASTLY ( Acts 2:42 )
I am Pentecostal
because…. I have had, and continue to have the same experience that they had on the day of Pentecost in the bible the day that the 1st church message was preached and THE CHURCH was born. ( Acts 2:4 )
I, Being the pastor, am Baptist
because…I Baptize people , Not because somebody gave me a membership paper that said I am
I am Jehovah’s Witness
because….. I serve the Lord God Jehovah, and I witness for him
every chance I get ..LET ME START WITH YOU!
I am Church Of Christ
because…. We are the Church, and I serve and work for Christ.
I am Assemblies of God
because …… We assemble ourselves together WITH, and FOR GOD ….The bible tells us; “ Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. (Heb 10:25)
I Am ALL of these things, because the Bible says that I Am, not because man or a piece of paper says that I Am.
We need to get back to the basics and seek only the TRUTH and PURE WORD OF GOD

Where does a person seeking to know what God says and find truth, if not in the church? My opinion, your opinion, the popular opinion, means nothing. What I need to know is what the word of God says. God, not man, is the source of wisdom and truth! Matthew 24:35 KJV says, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” Times and society change. Nations come and go. Look at history, every violent, detestable thing has been called good and applauded at some point in history. Humanity is fickle, always changing. God does not change (Malachi 3:6-7 KJV)…
